Salesforce CEO Says Outage And Data Loss Had Low Impact On Customers

Salesforce had a 20 hour nightmare last week and their CEO and Founder Marc Benioff told The Register that it was not impactful to its customers:

“The amount of data lost was minimized because this was a North American instance(na14) and the loss occurred in the middle of the night.”
